So glad I found this place! I went to ask about Pilates classes and was greeted by the lovely Nerea and instantly made to feel welcome and at ease. She got me into a class the next day. The instructor, Julio, is also very friendly and approachable and his classes are excellent. He always shows each exercise clearly and will come and help, and correct you if need be. Every class is different so you never get bored and the hour flies by! The centre is well equipped, clean and inviting. There´s Pilates, yoga and conditioning classes. I think there´s massages and treatments too but haven´t looked into this.
You pay for the month and I think the price is correct. Not sure if you can just drop in and pay by the class. The studio is small which means class sizes are small, which I really like.
They also have a centre in Torrox which has some other types of classes too.
Not sure if they´ve only just re-opened since Covid, or are just giving Nerja extra focus to get it up and running but they´re doing an amazing job. If you want to try, don´t hesitate or you might miss out! I think they´re going to be fully booked pretty soon!Respuesta del propietario

I have been going regularly now for 5 months. I feel good, my strength and shape has changed too. The classes are different every time, and you can push yourself to improve as much or as little as you need. Julio is a great teacher always something different

Ambiente cálido, muy profesional. Clases pilates me han sorprendido gratamente. Fisioterapia excelente. He recuperado forma física y corregido algunas pequeñas dolencias. Recomendable 100 %

Para mi es un centro donde he encontrado buenos profesionales. Actualmente sigo un tratamiento de fisioterapia y osteopatía. Y lo recomiendo ya que me ha ayudado con mis dolores de espalda y hombro. Toda mi familia va, al ver mis resultados... Y el pilates me esta ayudando a tener mas equilibrio, fuerza y energia... me encanta!!!

For me it is a center where I have found good professionals. I am currently undergoing physiotherapy and osteopathy treatment. And I recommend it as it has helped me with my back and shoulder pain. My whole family goes, seeing my results... And Pilates is helping me have more balance, strength and energy... I love it!!!

Muy buen centro. Tuve una lesión de rodilla y he quedado muy satisfecha con las sesiones de fisioterapia, no tengo molestias. Las clases de pilates también las recomiendo 100%, te dan un trato muy personalizado.

Muy contenta con este centro, desde que acudo a clases de pilates mis dolor lumbar ha desaparecido. Además el trato en las clases es muy cercano y la monitora (Inés)está muy atenta y te corrige en lo que sea necesario. Recomendable 100%.

Maravilloso descubrimiento, excelente fisioterapeuta muy profesional, con buenas manos y te ayuda con todo lo que puede, y te da consejos personalizados con ejercicios. Además tienen un centro muy completo donde ofrecen diferentes clases de salud. Muy recomendada, gracias Inés!

Mis dolores de cervicales y lumbago han desaparecido desde q empecé con pilates además he perdido bastante volumen. Estoy súper encantada, ambiente estupendo con las compañeras y con la monitora Inés q es la mejor.No lo dudéis y veniros.
